How many coaches have we gone through in the last five years or so?.
Who will want to come mid season that isn't already contracted ?.

Who would come knowing it's a huge job and they have 0 time to set stuff right before they are on the chopping block?.

Who wants to be in charge of year 10 of the rebuild with a team made from multiple short term coach appointments?.

We need to fork out the big bucks and get a big name that knows what to do and who he wants on his staff.
Even then with a great contract we will struggle to get him.

If RS goes now we get another temp coach or a cheap bargin bin appointment

Think he’s been carrying an injury all season and has just been managing it so far up to re-aggravating it and then needing surgery.

Think he will do a decent job once back to full fitness.

I was hoping Momorovski would be better but eel he has been slowly improving and I am hoping in time he will be a good player for Leeds.

Bit unlucky as with any injury,I think people are just so frustrated with how often Fusi and Newman are out that now any new guy that gets an injury will be the cherry on the cake for the tipping point

When you make decisions about coaches you have to support them through the really tough times and support the changes they want to make. You cannot be forever looking back as to how it was in your day and your methods of working. That was a major issue. If the coach is not supported by a senior player who is using a divide and conquer strategy with players in the squad the coach has no chance unless he removes the player which wasn't an option. Perhaps if Furner had a squad all pulling in the same direction things could have been different.
