Yes, fly into Perpignan on the saturday, staying 3 nights, heading to Barcelona for 3 and then back to Perpignan for a night before the flight home to Leeds.
stayed one night in Perpignan before heading off to the French Alps to do some walking. Beware ! there is not a great deal to do in Perpignan unless things have changed. Only found 1 bar run by an Aussie guy
Whilst it isn't exactly a hive of activity, I found plenty enough to do for a few days. Admittedly, mostly involving drinking or eating of some sort. There are a few places I have bookmarked to visit this year, too.
I'm not sure what you mean about only finding one bar run by an Aussie guy, but there are enough decent bars around - a few that will show the other Super League games, too.
Sundays are known to be a slow day in Perpignan though, with a lot of places closed for the day. It may be worth planning for that.
It will be what it will be, flights, hotels etc all booked and I aint changing anything at this stage. I'm sure we'll find plenty to do in Perpignan for the days we are there.
