Quote: Zoo Zoo Boom "That is a fair point. We must consider the neither North's nor Bradford were not an elite-level club and that a move to such will be a leap of faith to a degree. As Cas are finding.'"
Sometimes the leap of faith is worth it though, who would of thought Matty Peet would be so successful at a top side, having never played the game at a high level or coached at high level either.
We could have gone for an experienced elite level coach and come out with the same result and a team with the same issues. Theirs no guarantees when appointing a coach, same as player signings.
Was Rohan the right choice, it doesnt look like it at the moment, and there's no guarantee his replacement will be successful either.
